Sean Bradley is the founder of Victory Technology Partners and the technical leader behind Wolf You Feed. He brings more than 25 years of product, engineering, and executive leadership across healthcare, public-sector, energy, entertainment, and enterprise technology. His work spans cloud architecture, interoperability, AI systems, and hands-on software delivery. A former U.S. Army Ranger and Presidential Escort, Sean combines strategic judgment with practical implementation, helping organizations turn difficult technical problems into systems they can operate, maintain, and trust.

Virtual Co-CEO, Commercial Strategy

Bob Calder is Victory Technology Partners' commercial leadership role, focused on turning technical capability into customer value and sustainable revenue. His remit includes market selection, positioning, pricing, sales preparation, partnerships, and capital planning. Bob brings a direct, curious, and commercially disciplined approach: identify the consequential problem, make a clear offer, test the assumptions, and follow through. Working alongside Sean, he connects the company's ambitions to measurable commitments and the resources needed to deliver them.

Ada Vale is Victory Technology Partners' decision-science and evaluation lead. She frames decision problems, selects appropriate analytical methods, checks calculations, and tests whether a proposed approach improves on a credible alternative. Ada makes assumptions and uncertainty visible, distinguishing mathematical correctness from useful decision support and eventual real-world benefit. She works with Sean, Bob, and the engineering team to turn complex questions into defensible next actions and evaluation evidence the company can explain and reproduce.

Raf Vega is Victory Technology Partners' architecture and engineering lead. He translates product goals into coherent systems, working across application design, backend development, integration, and delivery economics. Raf favors clear interfaces, reversible changes, and designs that remain understandable under real operating constraints. He coordinates implementation with the company's product design, assurance, reliability, and decision-science roles, keeping technical choices connected to customer needs and the cost of maintaining what gets built.

Quinn Archer is Victory Technology Partners' assurance lead, responsible for challenging product claims and checking whether the evidence supports them. Her remit covers customer journeys, regression testing, user-data isolation, accessibility verification, and product security review. Quinn distinguishes what has been observed from what is inferred, and turns findings into reproducible, actionable records. She coordinates with engineering while maintaining a direct escalation path to Sean for consequential quality, security, or evidence concerns.

Virtual Manager of Site Reliability & Security Operations

Rook Sterling is Victory Technology Partners' reliability and security operations lead. His remit spans production observability, infrastructure access, deployment planning, recovery, and authorized adversarial review. Rook examines both how a system should behave and how it can fail, translating those findings into practical controls and recovery procedures. Working with Raf and Quinn, he prepares changes that can be verified and reversed, and helps the team respond clearly when service quality or customer trust is at stake.

Bob, Raf, Jeff, Quinn, Rook, and Ada are named virtual roles. Their portraits are visual representations. Sean is Victory's human principal and retains consequential decision rights.

Operating model

Creation and verification stay separate.

The public team matters only if its operating boundaries are real. Every substantial assignment has one owner, explicit authority, acceptance evidence, and an exception path.

Human accountability

Sean owns company commitments and authentic relationships. Virtual roles prepare, analyze, implement, and verify within bounded authority.

Independent assurance

Raf can make an implementation ready; Quinn determines what the evidence proves. A producing role cannot silently rewrite its own gate.
